You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit such content.

PromptRadar interacts with and analyzes outputs from third-party AI platforms.

We do not control:

• ChatGPT
• Gemini
• Claude
• Perplexity
• Other third-party AI systems

We do not guarantee any specific ranking, recommendation, visibility outcome, or placement within any AI platform.

AI-generated responses may change at any time without notice.

Certain Services require payment.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Fees are billed in advance.
• Payments are non-refundable.
• Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

The Services, software, branding, logos, reports, methodologies, dashboards, and content provided by PromptRadar are owned by PromptRadar.ai or its licensors.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Modify
• Resell
• Create derivative works

without our written consent.

Each party agrees to protect confidential information received from the other party and use it only for purposes related to the Services.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptRadar disclaims all warranties, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Availability
• Accuracy of AI-generated insights

We do not guarantee business outcomes, rankings, traffic increases, lead generation, revenue growth, or AI visibility improvements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptRadar shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Lost revenue
• Loss of data
• Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PromptRadar and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your content.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We believe your activities create legal or operational risk.
• We discontinue the Services.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ends.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
